I have a business where a rat could close me down. I have a contract with a big national company who didnt spot activity and then offered to poison it. Imagine if i said yes and it died in the walls.I was tearing my hair out, staying up all night trying to sort it myself. At my wits end i rang Cathal. He met me in the wee hours of the morning, figured out what to do, put my mind at ease and more or less put me to bed and told me not to worry. Cathal is Specialist, his dogs are legends and he has a great sense of humour. Champions league level. A great experience from beginning to end.

Cathal came out to sort the mouse problem in the house. He has sniffer dogs to pinpoint the problem. He is very reassuring and has a great sense of humour. He advised me on how to handle the mouse situation. Very professional and practical. A big thumbs up. Thanks Cathal.

I contacted West Pest who were recommended for dealing with rodent problems and despite being booked up for weeks, Cathal came around later the same day to deal with the problem, laying traps in the attic and around the house after identifying (thanks to his dogs) where the mice were getting in from outside. The situation was genuinely urgent (the ammonia smell from the mice pee was pretty overpowering) so Cathal was very kind to fit us in and for a very reasonable charge all things considered. I highly recommend Cathal and West Pest, he comes across as very professional and a kind man, sympathetic to the distress that a rodent problem cancause in the home.
