One phone call to Westpest solved our ongoing nightmare as we entered our third winter. Cathal is efficient, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. On his first visit he quickly identified the access area and had a successful plan to deal with our issue that another company could not resolve after numerous visits. I never knew that knowledge, support, advice and relief could come from one phone call. Don't call anyone else!!!

Cathal came to the rescue and quickly turned a nightmare into a resolution. He provided a thorough service we knew we could trust from the start. He is the expert in pest control. His knowledge of detection, identifying the pest involved, and how to address the problem with minimal upset to the local ecosystem is second to none. He dealt with our problem expertly and swiftly without making a big deal of the situation or making it unnecessarily expensive. What Cathal told us was very educational as we learned a lot about wildlife; and we also learned everything we need to know about prevention of future problems in the house. His sniffer dogs were fantastic and really added to the service. We were all in good form by the time Cathal left as he is very good humoured.
