I contacted Cathal by completing the enquiry form on his website at 5am one morning when I had had enough of listening to the mice in my attic! He called me back at 7.30am! While he was too busy to come out to me he gave me invaluable advice, talking me through the steps I needed to take to solve my mouse problem! He was very patient and really helpful and responded to further questions I had via email and calls! He didn’t charge for any of his time or advice, and encouraged me to get back in touch if I needed more help! This type of service is so rare these days, and it was much appreciated! I’m since mouse free, and very grateful for the help and assurance Cathal gave me! So thank you Cathal! I would highly recommend Him to anyone with pests!

Very helpful gentleman although he don't cover my area, he told me what to do and recommended someone who could help me. Also answered the phone first time which is always a plus.....very pleasant to deal with.

I’d recommend this service without hesitation. I made my initial contact on a Sunday , and my call was returned very quickly . Issue was followed up on within 24 hours . Cathal gave lots of professional advice and opinion , he didn’t try to sell me anything , and was extremely reassuring during an otherwise very stressful situation .
