Highly recommend Cathal from westpest, after having two well known companys out that didn't solve our problem but charged us plenty, Westpest was recommended to us. Cathal came out within a half an hour of contacting him, very knowledgeable and professional. He has a great personality and sense of humour to make light of our serious situation. We couldn't recommend him highly enough, he has fixed our issue, and put our minds at ease.

I write to thank you most sincerely for allowing me to have my problems and concerns sorted without appointment as you were literally on your way in to a house to do a job for another customer this Sunday afternoon. My plan was to book an appointment with you by phone for the following Wednesday. As I drove down the road to an outdoor lunch gathering and albeit I was running late, I turned my car around on a narrow country road immediately I spotted your company van. Low and behold I got there on time. I was so exited by seeing your company van that I simply couldn't believe it and started to mutter about my problem. Not long after as the conversation progressed you advised me that it was definitely a May beetle was causing my distress in our family home. As it turns out I have since googled it and can confirm without fear of contradiction that the invading creature was indeed a May Beetle. They are harmless you advised me and that it would be in my own best interest not to be throwing my money away on an unnecessary callout charge. Who would believe it! A hundred thousand thank you's for good old Irish generosity of heart.

If I could give Cathal 10 stars i would!!!! He was sent from above!!! Not a kinder, friendlier, more knowledge professional have I dealt with!! And we paid out a fourtune to other companies who were of zero help!!! In one very emotional phone call he gave us more guidance and reassurance than anyone else - I will sleep soundly for the 1st time in weeks.

He finds the source and eliminates its not just put down poison wait and see and run the cyle all over again in 6 months time!!! He really eliminates all the pest out of your walls ceilings and makes you laugh through the tears and anxiety!!! Thank you Cathal
