I write to thank you most sincerely for allowing me to have my problems and concerns sorted without appointment as you were literally on your way in to a house to do a job for another customer this Sunday afternoon. My plan was to book an appointment with you by phone for the following Wednesday. As I drove down the road to an outdoor lunch gathering and albeit I was running late, I turned my car around on a narrow country road immediately I spotted your company van. Low and behold I got there on time. I was so exited by seeing your company van that I simply couldn't believe it and started to mutter about my problem. Not long after as the conversation progressed you advised me that it was definitely a May beetle was causing my distress in our family home. As it turns out I have since googled it and can confirm without fear of contradiction that the invading creature was indeed a May Beetle. They are harmless you advised me and that it would be in my own best interest not to be throwing my money away on an unnecessary callout charge. Who would believe it! A hundred thousand thank you's for good old Irish generosity of heart.

If I could give Cathal 10 stars i would!!!! He was sent from above!!! Not a kinder, friendlier, more knowledge professional have I dealt with!! And we paid out a fourtune to other companies who were of zero help!!! In one very emotional phone call he gave us more guidance and reassurance than anyone else - I will sleep soundly for the 1st time in weeks.

He finds the source and eliminates its not just put down poison wait and see and run the cyle all over again in 6 months time!!! He really eliminates all the pest out of your walls ceilings and makes you laugh through the tears and anxiety!!! Thank you Cathal

I contacted Cathal on recommendation from another family and a family friend. He arrived really soon after I spoke to him. He immediately put my mind at ease. He did a thorough examination of the whole property and explained everything really clearly. He identified entry points and sealed them up. He showed us how to manage the pest control ourselves going forward. Previously I had used a well known multinational who I now realise just ripped me off. Cathal is extremely good value for money! He came back again and did another thorough check and everything was as he predicted. The problem is now fully under control and I am confident we won’t have any problems in the future. I can’t recommend Cathal and his lovely team of dogs highly enough.

We had been hearing noises in the roofspace for some time so I put a few mouse traps up and never caught anything. I contacted a large multi national and told them about my mouse issue. They arrived and put poison up in the roofspace against my better judgement but we went along with it as they are "the experts". The issue continued on and off so a friend recommended I get in touch with Cathal at Westpest Pest Control. He arrived promptly and immediately put our minds at ease and told us we in fact had a rat issue not mice and identified a problem with our drainage system as their point of entry. If you want a no nonsense approach with a great sense of humour get in touch with Cathal and his canine friends (the kids loved the dogs). Thanks to Westpest we are now that free and have confidence that the issue won't reoccur in the future.
