Absolutely first class work done by cathal. We have or should I say had an ongoing rat issue in our attic for the past two months or so. After getting two well established companies to get rid of the problem they didn't but they reassured me the poison they put all over my attic would solve my rat issue.........it didn't. We were at our wits ends and the yearly visit to our attic was looming we called Westpest and cathal arrived on time when he said he would. We told him our story and after that he done a thorough investigation of our home both inside and outside. He then headed for the attic. Its been a week and a half now and after an arsenal of traps that I didn't even think existed which he set and caught multiple rats we now have a noise free attic at night and the entry point all block up and made good. Absolutely delighted with the service and the professionalism and experience shown by cathal. Needless to say I will be recommending cathal to anyone who has a rat issue. 100% Westpest all the way and no poison needed.

Hi had a problem with Rats in attic I rang a pest control company and they told me they were very busy as the were only doing commercial business at present and would call in a few weeks. I rang a friend and she mentioned Westpest. I rang and explained situation he said he was busy at that moment but he would call later in the evening. True to his word he arrived put me at ease and set traps. He called regularly to check traps and remove rats. He found point of entry and sealed it up. I would Highley recommend Westpest very professional, thanks Cathal you are my hero.

I would rate Westpest 5 stars for a number of a reasons. We were using a different company for a number of years and we were very naive to think we were getting a great service off them . It got to the stage where things were getting getting serious here at our business and we were recommended to use Westpest to get rid of our problems, as the company we were using just weren’t making us at ease at all and we weren’t seeing any improvements over a number of weeks . We thought at this stage what had to lose in trying someone different . Without a doubt, we noticed changes over night. Cathal gave us a brilliant service, very thorough and left no stone unturned - as the saying goes. Cathal is very professional and clearly knows the ins and outs of this area to which we had never received before in all the years we had Pest Control on our premises . If we had kept using the other company , we definitely would be in a very bad situation now . We couldn’t recommend Cathal enough , definitely the best in the business .

I unfortunately had an ongoing rat problem in my home which seemed to start after a recent extension to my home. I contacted a, let's just say, National Pest Control Company who sent a surveyor out and after about 15mins in my home he proceeding to tell me that I had a huge infestation of Rats and told me all the diseases they carried. I was absolutely terrified but the price I was quoted scared me even more. I was telling a friend of mine what happened and she mentioned Westpest.... I contacted Cathal and he came out the very next day and had his amazing dog team with him. He carried out an inspection and asked questions re extension. He immediately went to the Inspection Chamber in my back yard and was able to identify a fault which was allowing the rodents into my house. He set traps all over the house as he doesn't like using poison which is admirable in this day and age. After a few follow ups and no more activity he repaired the fault. All this done for a fraction of the price from the other company. Cathal knows his stuff and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you for giving me back my home. VERY highly recommended.
